Negative SLP anomalies was observed over most of the SEA Region

Southwesterly wind anomalies were observed over most of SEA region except in the eastern sections of the Southern Philippines and Indonesia where easterly wind anomaly was observed. Moreover, a cyclonic circulation was observed east of the Philippines.
