CPC Leaky Bucket Soil Moisture Model captured an increase in runoff percentage in most parts of mainland SEA except Lao PDR, northern Vietnam and some parts of Cambodia and Thailand while less soil moisture percentage was observed in most parts of Maritime SEA.
