CPC Leaky Bucket Soil Moisture Model captured an increase in runoff percentage in most parts of the SEA region except in the northern area of Lao PDR and Vietnam, East Malaysia, most of Indonesia and some areas in Northern and Western Philippines where a less soil moisture percentage was observed.
