TC SAUDEL "Pepito"

on October 18 a tropical depression was formed over the Philippine sea and moving north-west direction. On October 20, Saudel intensified into tropical storm and made its landfall in eastern part of Luzon. Saudel continue to cross the landmass of central Luzon and exited the Philippine area of responsibility with a typhoon category on October 22 towards Vietnam. before Saudel make a landfall in Vietnam it weakened and dissipated on October 25.
