TC NOUL "Leon"

On September 14 a low pressure area was develop in the eat of the Philippines. On the next day it develop into a tropical depression and named by PAGASA "Leon" . It continues to intensify into a Tropical Storm while passing the central Philippines. On September 16, tropical storm "Leon" left the PAR. September 18, Noul made landfall in the provinces of Vietnam. After weakening into a low-pressure area, Noul went westward direction to Indian Ocean.
