Tropical Storm WIPHA
A LPA over West Phillipine Sea formed into a tropical depression last July 30, 2019. It intensified into a tropical strome and was named WIPHA by JMA. It moved northwestward with maximum sustained winds of 40kts. TS WIPHA made landfall Vietnam last August 2, 2019 then dissipated the next day.
