Negative SLP anomaly was observed in most parts of the Maritime Continent, Mainland Malaysia and southern portion of Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand, while positive SLP anomaly persist in the remaining parts of the Mainland SEA.

Northeasterly wind anomaly was observed in the northern portion of the Philippines and Vietnam while westerly to northeasterly) wind component dominated the rest of the region. A cyclonic wind circulation was observed in Southern Philippines and northwestern Pacific.
