Negative SLP anomaly was observed in most parts of the country except the northern portion of Vietnam and central portion of Lao PDR.

Northeasterly wind anomaly was observed in the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Brunei, Singapore eastern part of Indonesia and mainland Malasia while westerly (southwesterly/northeasterly) wind component dominated the rest of the region. A cyclonic wind circulation was observed in Central Philippines and northwestern Pacific.
