Negative SLP anomaly was observed in most parts of the Mainland SEA while a positive SLP anomaly was observed in the Maritime SEA in November.

Westerly to southwest wind anomalies dominated most parts of the Mainland SEA while easterly wind anomaly was observed in most of the Maritime SEA. An anticyclonic wind circulation was observed in the northwestern Pacific near the northern Philippines.
