Assessment of rainfall for November 2023 showed that rainfall anomalies in most parts of the ASEAN region are within the near-normal range (50 to -50 mm). However, positive rainfall anomalies were observed over the eastern section of central Philippines, some parts of eastern, western, and southern Myanmar, central and southern Vietnam, southern Cambodia, southern Thailand, western Malaysia, and some parts of Indonesia.

Furthermore, the northern Philippines, some parts of southern Vietnam, eastern Malaysia, and most parts of Indonesia are within the negative rainfall anomalies.
