In March 2025, positive rainfall anomalies were observed over most of Borneo, South and Eastern Sumatra, Central Sulawesi, some areas in Papua, Singapore and some parts of central and southern Philippines . In contrast, Thailand, Lao PDR, Northern Vietnam, and northern Cambodia experienced drier than normal conditions.

Elsewhere, no significant rainfall anomalies were noted in March 2025.
