March 2021 Rainfall Analysis
Rainfall assessment for March showed that most parts of the ASEAN Region (Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia) have experienced above normal rainfall conditions. However, most parts of Myanmar have observed below normal rainfall while most parts of Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam have shown near normal rainfall conditions with some patches of below normal rainfall.
