CMORPH SPI model showed persistence of wetter than normal condition was observed in Myanmar, most of Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Brunei Darussalam and some parts of Lao, Vietnam and the Philippines while drier than normal conditions was observed in Cambodia, the rest of Lao, Vietnam and southern Sumatra.
