CMORPH SPI model showed drier than normal condition was observed in most parts of mainland SEA , some areas in the Philippines, Sabah and Kalimantan while wetter than normal condition was experienced in the northern Lao, Eastern Myanmar, most parts of Indonesia and eastern Philippines for the month of August.
