For November, the rest of the ASEAN region experienced slightly warmer than average surface air temperatures except for the northern part of the Philippines, some parts of eastern, western, and southern Myanmar, southern Thailand, western Cambodia, western Malaysia, and some parts of Indonesia where near-average surface air temperatures were felt.
