February 2022 Temperature Assessment
For February, slightly warmer to warmer surface air temperatures were felt southern part of Vietnam, most parts of Cambodia, most parts of the Philippines, Sarawak Malaysia and central part of Indonesia including Southern part of Sumatra Island. However, slightly cooler to cooler than average surface air temperatures were observed in northern part of Myanmar, most parts of Thailand, most part of Laos, Northern part of Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and western part of eastern Indonesia. Meanwhile, the rest of the ASEAN region have experienced near average surface air temperatures.
