CPC Leaky Bucket Soil Moisture Model captured an increase of soil moisture percentage over most of Myanmar, most of Indonesia, Western Thailand, Central and Southern Vietnam, Central Lao, Eastern Cambodia and parts of Mainland and Eastern Malaysia and Singapore while a decrease of soil moisture percentage was observed over the rest of SEA region.
