CPC Leaky Bucket Runoff Model captured a decrease of runoff percentage in the Philippines, Lao PDR, Brunei, most of Thailand, Northern Vietnam, Western Cambodia and some parts of Malaysia while an increase of runoff percentage was observed over the rest of the region.
