CPC Leaky Bucket Runoff Model captured a decrease of runoff percentage in the Philippines, Lao PDR, most of Thailand and Malaysia and Northern Vietnam, and Eastern Cambodia while an increase of runoff percentage was observed over Myanmar, most of Indonesia and the rest of Vietnam and Cambodia.
