CMORPH SPI model showed drier than normal condition persists in Thailand, mainland Malaysia, Cambodia, Brunei, northern and southern Vietnam, northern Lao, southern Myanmar, some areas of Indonesia and Java and central and southern Philippines while wetter than normal condition was observed in the remaining areas of the region.
