CMORPH SPI model showed persistence of wetter than normal condition was observed Myanmar, most parts of Lao, Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, Singapore and some parts of the Philippines while drier than normal conditions was observed over Thailand, Cambodia and the rest of the Philippines.
