CPC Leaky Bucket Soil Moisture Model captured an increase in runoff percentage in the Philippines, Southern Vietnam, eastern portion of Cambodia, most parts of Myanmar and some portions in Central and Eastern Indonesia while a decrease of soil percentage were observed in the remaining parts of the region.
