CPC Leaky Bucket Runoff Model captured an increase of runoff percentage over most of Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, Central and Southern Vietnam, Eastern section of Myanmar and Southern Thailand while a decrease of runoff percentage was observed over the rest of the region.
