CPC Leaky Bucket Runoff Model captured an increase of runoff percentage over most of Myanmar, most of Thailand, Mainland Malaysia, Central and Southern Vietnam, Eastern sections of Cambodia and Lao, most parts of Central and Eastern Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam and Northern and Southern Philippines while a decrease of runoff percentage was observed over the rest of the region.
