CPC Leaky Bucket Runoff Model captured an increase of runoff percentage over most of Myanmar, most parts of Indonesia, Western Thailand, Central and Southern Vietnam, Central Lao, Eastern Cambodia, parts of Mainland and Eastern Malaysia and Singapore while a decrease of runoff percentage was observed over Brunei Darussalam, Philippines and the rest of Malaysia and some areas in Indonesia.
