CPC Leaky Bucket Runoff Model captured an increase of runoff percentage in most parts Mainland SEA, some areas in Borneo and Sumatra and Eastern Philippines while less runoff percentage was observed in the northern area of Lao PDR, East Malaysia, most and Indonesia and remaining areas in the Philippines.
