In July 2025, southwest westerly wind dominated most part of the Mainland SEA while cross equatorial wind dominated most parts of Indonesia and southern Philippines. Moreover, enhance Southwest Monsoon was observed over the western section of the Borneo and the Northern and Central Philippines. Furthermore, cyclonic wind patterns was observed over the Northern Luzon-Taiwan area.

Meanwhile, negative SLP anomalies where observed over most parts of the region.
