August 2025 Rainfall (JMA) Analysis
In August 2025, drier-than-normal conditions were recorded in many parts of mainland Southeast Asia, including Myanmar, Thailand, northern parts of the Philippines, Cambodia, and Lao PDR.
Meanwhile, above-normal rainfall was observed in many parts of the central to southern Philippines, northern Vietnam, and central to eastern Indonesia.
