August 2025 Surface Temperature Analysis
In August 2025, several regions experienced warmer-than-normal surface temperatures, particularly in southern Myanmar, southern Cambodia, southern Lao PDR, central Vietnam, northern Borneo, and southern portions of Indonesia.
Elsewhere, no other significant and widespread temperature anomalies were noted.
