In April 2026, the CPC Leaky Bucket Runoff Model captured an increase of runoff percentage over Myanmar, most of Vietnam, western Thailand, the eastern sections of Lao PDR, Cambodia, and Borneo, and portion of Indonesia and the Philippines; while a decrease in runoff percentage was observed over the rest of the region.
