In November 2025, the CPC Leaky Bucket Runoff Model captured an increase of runoff percentage over most parts of the region except for Lao PDR, Cambodia, and some areas in Indonesia and Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam where a decrease in runoff percentage was observed.
