February 2021 Temperature Assessment
For February, slightly warmer to warmer surface air temperatures were experienced over the northern and central parts of Myanmar ,northern parts of Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, central and southern parts of Philippines, and in Borneo, Indonesia . Meanwhile, near to slightly cooler than average surface air temperatures were observed in the central and southern parts of Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, northern part of the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, and most parts of Indonesia.
