October 2019 Runoff Assessment

Generally, runoff assessment for the month showed reduction in surface runoff in most countries in Southeast Asia except Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia, southern Philippines and some parts of Indonesia. This is consistent with below normal rainfall in this areas.
